Items that are stocked by CF Interiors or The Other Room in our warehouse or off the showroom are able to be returned under the following conditions:


  • All regular priced furniture items are eligible for a full refund within 3 days of receipt. Discounted furniture items are final sale.


  • All regular priced accessories (Rugs, Art, Lighting, Mirrors, etc.) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days. Any discounted items are final sale.




Special orders are any order placed for a product that is not in stock. All special orders require a 50% deposit and are non-cancellable.


All special ordered furniture may be returned within 3 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee of the full retail price of the item plus applicable taxes will apply, and store credit will be given for the remainder of the balance.


All special ordered accessories are non-returnable.




Any piece of furniture customized from the manufacturer’s specifications or using COM (Customer’s Own Material) is considered a custom order and non-refundable.




Due to the nature of these products, they are not eligible to be returned and are final sale:

Pillows, Featherbeds, Duvets, Mattresses, and Pillow/Mattress Protectors.


All Garage-Sale and clearance items are not eligible to be returned and are final sale.




Any product accepted for return must be in original and unused condition (item and packaging), and accompanied by the original invoice. For items that require a pickup to return to our warehouse, you must obtain a delivery authorization through one of our retail locations. Shipping and Delivery fees are not refundable; the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees to have the item(s) returned to CF Interiors, The Other Room, or the Calgary or Vancouver Warehouses. A refund will be processed once the item has been inspected at our warehouse. Returns will be credited using the original method of payment.  Cash and Cheque returns will be processed and mailed within 31 days.




In the case of a possible claim, be prepared to provide photos and contact your sales representative as soon as possible so we can file a claim to our Claims Department most efficiently.
